Job Overview

US HealthCenter is seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, analyzing data, and implementing programs to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and provide support as required for assigned accounts
  • Analyze data such as health, pharmacy, retention, and attraction trends
  • Implement programs to meet the needs of the client and facilitate internal and external communications
  • Develop and maintain training and education programs for agents
  • Participate in the sales process by demonstrating applications, implementation processes, and presenting follow-up programs to potential clients
  • Maintain records and build programs using agency and enrollment tools
  • Help develop procedures and processes to improve the operation of the organization
  • Develop promotional materials for client and participant communication
  • Field questions regarding company programs and provide training, new program roll-out, and troubleshooting technology issues
  • Provide training to clients on company programs and processes
  • Light travel as required
