Palm Health Resources is actively looking for a Temporary Radiation Oncology Specialist to deliver medical services on a part-time basis. The role entails a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, focusing on outpatient care with some inpatient evaluations. You will collaborate with a team comprising one physician, two registered nurses, five radiation therapists, one dosimetrist, and one physicist. The responsibilities include advanced treatment modalities such as 3D radiation therapy, Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT), Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), along with conducting simulations, consultations, follow-ups, and outpatient visits.

  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Possession of an active Illinois Medical License or IMLC Letter of Qualification
  • Availability for part-time coverage
  • Expertise in 3D treatment, IMRT, SBRT/SRS, simulations, consultations, follow-ups, and outpatient visits
