Current Opportunity:

  • Full-Time Position
  • Monday to Friday with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Rotating On-Call every other weekend

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with external contractors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with marketing initiatives to enhance community outreach and engagement.
  • Maintain communication with the sales leader and key associates regarding prospective residents.
  • Facilitate the move-in process for new residents, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Coordinate with maintenance for unit readiness and assist in scheduling community events.
  • Manage marketing materials and ensure the sales office is well-stocked.
  • Engage with the community through events and professional groups to raise awareness of our services.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports related to sales performance.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of one year of administrative experience, preferably in a related field.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse personalities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new software systems.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
