Position Overview This role offers a hybrid remote work environment. Our firm comprises a robust team of attorneys and support staff. We are currently in search of an Associate Counsel with a background in commercial dispute resolution. Candidates should possess strong research and writing capabilities, along with the ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively. Our practice encompasses a diverse array of legal matters in both state and federal jurisdictions, as well as disputes before various regulatory bodies. This position will enable an associate to participate in all facets of the litigation and alternative dispute resolution processes, engage directly with clients, and collaborate with a team on multiple cases. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • Licensed to practice in Virginia
  • Experience in commercial dispute resolution
Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:
  • Knowledge in construction, real estate, commercial development, land use, and zoning
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions
  • Background in finance or bankruptcy law
  • Familiarity with employment law
