Job Title: Welding Professor

We are seeking a highly qualified Welding Professor to join our team at Mt. San Antonio College. As a Welding Professor, you will be responsible for teaching safe use of SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, and FCAW equipment and processes to a diverse student population.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach welding techniques and safety procedures to students
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Welding or related field
  • 2 years of experience in welding industry
  • Ability to teach a diverse student population
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Welding or related field
  • Experience in teaching welding at community college level
