Key Responsibilities
  • Bus tables and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area
  • Position involves regular lifting, pushing, and pulling, as well as bending
  • 80% mobility during the shift, 10% continuous standing
  • Clean and inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring a neat, clean, and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with cooks, managers, and other team members regarding needs and maintenance issues
  • Ensure the consistent execution of service standards
  • Cultivate friendships within the Gravity Haus community
  • Communicate efficiently with all Gravity Haus divisions to create a memorable guest experience
  • Provide a genuine and elevated guest experience with a community focus, sustainable approach, and driven attitude
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the executive chef, back, and front of house managers
Requirements
  • 1 year of food and beverage experience preferred
  • Ability to regularly perform motions such as lifting, pushing, and pulling, bending
  • Ability to perform at 80% mobility during the shift and 10% continuous standing
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
