We are looking for an attorney with exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial procedures. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding research abilities, written and oral advocacy skills, and the ability to independently manage a busy time-sensitive caseload. This is a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and virtual work arrangements. The selected candidate will be based in Jericho, NY, and will be part of an active and busy civil trial practice. We offer a congenial, team-oriented, and professional work environment with skilled support staff. The successful candidate will have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school, an active license to practice law in New York, and at least 1-10 years of insurance defense litigation/trial experience. The potential salary range is $125,625.00-$160,000, with a potential yearly incentive pay up to 16% of base salary.
