POSITION: PERIODIC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

OVERVIEW:

If you are eager to enhance your mechanical expertise and seeking a fulfilling career, Pape' Material Handling, a leading dealer in capital equipment in the Western region, invites you to consider the role of Periodic Maintenance Technician.


YOUR ROLE:

As a PM Technician, you will travel to various customer sites to conduct routine maintenance on a diverse range of forklifts and perform minor repairs, including:

  • Replacing lights and belts
  • Conducting engine tune-ups
  • Changing hoses

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients' equipment is well-maintained, operating at optimal efficiency, and minimizing downtime.


KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience servicing electric and internal combustion lift trucks and construction machinery.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

COMPENSATION:

Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
