Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor client adherence to program guidelines to foster a constructive community environment.
  • Conduct regular patrols to deter and report any suspicious activities, ensuring a secure facility.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as per organizational standards.
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet established deadlines.
  • Perform routine inspections of security systems to guarantee optimal functionality.
  • Control access for staff, visitors, and vehicles in line with security protocols.
  • Provide a welcoming experience for clients and visitors entering the facility.
  • Handle correspondence and direct inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all facility guests.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a security role.
  • Possession of a valid security guard card.
  • Proficient in de-escalation techniques and effective communication skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with surveillance equipment and standard office software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in a security position.
