We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Representative to join our team at Novant Health. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients and their loved ones, setting the tone for a remarkable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initial Contact: Greet patients and visitors, providing direction and communicating current hospital guidelines and policies.

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Experience: One to two years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Valid state driver's license for facilities where Valet assistance may be needed, required.
  • Skills: Presents self in a professional manner, possesses strong customer service skills, and demonstrates problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
