Job Overview

The Learning Experience #298 is seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant Teacher to join our team. As an ambassador of happiness, you will create opportunities every day that reflect our mission to make a difference in the lives of children, their families, and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Classroom Environment: Create a welcoming and engaging classroom space that fosters young children's learning, play, and growth.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with their unique needs.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various channels.
  • Center Success: Support your center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred.
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Certifications: Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices, CPR and First Aid Certification preferred, and EEC Certification required.
