Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Beverage Server Model to join our team. As a key ambassador for our brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our upscale lounge experience, and embodying the values of iCIMS Organic ZipApply.

Responsibilities

  • Serve and Exceed Customer Expectations
    • Take orders, serve drinks, and collect payments in a courteous and efficient manner.
    • Adhere to cash handling procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Market and Promote the Lounge
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase business levels and revenue opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the lounge and its services to a targeted guest base.
  • Model Designer Apparel and Accessories
    • Wear specifically designed clothing and costumes as needed, adhering to the company's visual standards.
    • Make multiple costume changes during the scheduled shift, as required.
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Service
    • Interact and entertain guests in a cordial and gracious manner, creating a memorable experience and building guest loyalty.
    • Act as a Goodwill Ambassador, using finesse and good judgment to resolve guest complaints and issues.
  • Maintain a Safe and Healthy Work Environment
    • Adhere to all safety and health protocols, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
    • Participate in training and mentoring programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • One year of experience in beverage/cocktail service, preferably in a nightclub or entertainment venue.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Previous experience in upscale gaming lounge and/or similar entertainment environment preferred.
    • Current or previous modeling and/or promotions experience within the last five years required.

Work Environment

The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant exposure to the general public.
