Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to all employees in the Parts Department, working closely with the Management Team
  • Manage an efficient and profitable Parts Department, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor and process special orders in a timely manner
  • Participate in manufacturer training programs
  • Maintain a clean and organized inventory
  • Accurately record returned items
  • Review daily sales reports to monitor progress
  • Prepare and process invoices
  • Oversee and manage all Parts Department employees, including counter staff, shipping and receiving, and parts delivery drivers
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation reports

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in an automotive parts management position
  • Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, and eagerness to improve
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds DMS preferred
