Aveanna Healthcare is a leading national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, working closely with our patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications and treatments, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Document patient progress and care provided
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification
- One year of experience in home health or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
