Private Duty Nurse RN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes, assisting them with transitioning from hospital to home and providing continuous care to ensure their well-being.
Responsibilities:- Implement and manage patient care plans in accordance with physician orders
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care transitions and patient satisfaction
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- 6 months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting
- Home health experience preferred
