Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at Hightop Health LLC. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, manage the appointment calendar, and schedule appointments for patients.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer phone calls, direct them to the appropriate department or individual, and provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Collect patient information, update electronic medical records, verify insurance coverage, and assist with insurance billing processes.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, and assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a front desk admin in a medical office is required.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with Athena or a similar EHR is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
