Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to physicians and staff in the outpatient physician office setting
- Identify and resolve workflow issues to optimize clinical workflows
- Onboard new providers and assist with personalizing their Epic setup
- Assist physicians and clinicians with technology issues and create note templates
- Perform Tier II end-user support for new and upgraded Clinical Information System applications
- Test workflows, create tip sheets, and support documentation
- Assist with training and communicate stakeholder-reported issues to the iCare application teams
- Two years of college or equivalent education/training
- Bachelor's degree in education, organizational development, nursing, business, or healthcare administration
- Two years of ambulatory clinic experience, including direct patient care or registration and scheduling
- Prior clinical systems EMR or Epic experience preferred
- Clinical or technical experience in the assigned application area preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work well with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and interact well with all levels of employees and physicians
- Proven ability with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Valid Healthcare certification or licensure
- Valid California driver's license
