Job Title: IT Manager and Network Specialist

At KBR, we are seeking an experienced IT Manager and Network Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of functional objectives, providing leadership and direction to managers and professional staff, and participating in the development of functional strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the performance and results of multiple related disciplines or sub-groups within a function.
  • Provide leadership and direction to managers and professional staff.
  • Participate in the development of functional strategy and global processes and procedures.
  • Support and oversee sub-departmental daily functions in Asset Management, IT wired/wireless Infrastructure and Operations, Knowledge Content Management, Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Communications, CCTV, Reprographics, and SATCOM deployment and operations.
  • Provide 24/7 tier III technical support to a diverse staff and user population in remote locations throughout North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
  • Conduct project risks assessments and render status reports to the Sr. Management and Executive leadership.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of IT experience.
  • 4+ years of IT Management experience.
  • Must be medically fit and willing to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U.S. Driver's License.
  • Must possess passport book with at least 13 months of remaining validity and 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
