Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise for daily operations and maintenance of systems
  • Effectively troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve technical problems to minimize system downtime
  • Assist with preparing and maintaining technical documentation, drawings, and related artifacts
  • Support implementation of routine updates, approved upgrades, and engineering or design changes
  • Help to isolate and resolve technical issues and problems that impact multiple networks, systems, and devices
Requirements
  • Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, etc.)
  • CCNA required
  • HS Diploma and 5+ years of experience
  • Secret clearance required
Work Environment

This position will require a candidate open to "Panama Shift" work in a 24x7x365 environment.
