Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the food service area at all times.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and special offers to provide excellent customer service.
  • Operate food service equipment efficiently and effectively, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Manage the till point during service, adhering to established procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and in accordance with our procedures.
  • Comply with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents as required.

Working Pattern

This is a part-time position, working Monday to Friday, 10.15am to 2pm, during term time only.

Requirements

  • A genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
  • Catering experience is desirable but not essential.

Benefits

As a Catering Team Member with Elior Group, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £8.91 per hour, plus a workplace pension and 28 days' holiday pro-rata (including Bank Holidays). You will also have the opportunity to purchase up to 5 additional days' annual leave.
