Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Senior Care Unit Leader in the Critical Care Unit at Baptist Memorial Health Care. As a Senior RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Lead and mentor junior staff members to promote professional growth and development
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee
  • BLS certification within 14 days of hire
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic medical records
