About the Role:
The Registered Nurse position at RWJBarnabas Health is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in collaboration with the medical staff and within the guidelines of the New Jersey State Nurse Practice Act.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the Hospital's Mission and goals through established policies, procedures, and performance improvement activities.
- Provide individualized age-specific professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital.
- Understand the principles of growth and development to assess each patient's age-specific needs and determine age-specific treatment modalities.
Requirements:
- Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement.
- BLS certification through American Heart Association.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
