Responsibilities

The Dining Operations Assistant is responsible for assisting with restaurant operations, cleaning, running food, bussing tables, and side work. They will also assist with catering orders, including delivery when necessary.

  • Guides guests through their dining experience while taking and reviewing orders
  • Assists with menu identification and answering guest questions
  • Reviews orders for accuracy and delivers exceptional customer service
  • Cleans and sanitizes restaurant tables, resets tables as needed, and restocks stations
  • Operates kitchen equipment, including coffee machines and point-of-sale systems
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • No previous experience is required; we provide comprehensive training
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and operate kitchen equipment safely
  • Able to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • Ability to multi-task in a team-work environment
