We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Manager to lead our team of heavy-duty truck maintenance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance of heavy-duty trucks
  • Lead a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal vehicle performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Monitor and control shop expenses, ensuring budgetary compliance

Requirements:

  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance
  • Shop foreman or lead tech experience is preferred
  • Good understanding of business operations and management principles
