We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Manager to lead our team of heavy-duty truck maintenance professionals. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our repair shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team is equipped to handle even the most complex repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of technicians and support staff
  • Oversee the repair process from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that our team has the resources they need to complete repairs
Requirements:
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance
  • Shop foreman or lead tech experience is preferred
  • Good understanding of business operations and management principles
