Job Description

">

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating building maintenance and repairs for facilities and grounds, partnering with external vendors as needed.

">

You will also be responsible for monitoring HVAC systems, keeping cleanroom and controlled temperature/humidity spaces in check, and overseeing building security with system assistance from IT.

">

In addition, you will manage janitorial services, stay informed of changes to space assignments, plan and coordinate new office systems and furniture installs, and develop and implement facility emergency plans.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure facilities meet government regulations and environmental requirements, and collaborate with City and State government agencies to address MPCA findings.

Other responsibilities include managing facilities insurance and bankholder inspections, advising on energy efficiency cost-effectiveness, providing updates to occupants regarding electrical, water, and other service outages, supervising grounds maintenance and landscaper contractors, and project managing future facility upgrades.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need 2 years of secondary education and 1+ years of experience working in various facility environments, including office management.

">

You should have excellent interpersonal and human relationship skills, HR experience is desired, and ability to effectively present information and respond to sensitive issues.

A working knowledge of financial principles and practices, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, intranet/internet, architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems, leases, contracts, and related documents is required.
