As a crucial member of our staff, you will uphold the overall sanitation of all areas, contributing to a positive experience for our members. Your role will also involve delivering exceptional customer service to all visitors, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitization of restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors in line with our established standards.
  • Restock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
  • Dispose of waste appropriately.
  • Notify management of any damaged or missing facilities or equipment.
  • Adhere to the 'Lost and Found Policy' by reporting lost items promptly.
  • Perform additional cleaning tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
  • Applicants for this overnight role must complete a 7-year criminal background check within the first week of employment.
  • Prior custodial experience is preferred.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Integrity and a strong work ethic are required.
  • Ability to independently resolve issues.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all interactions, using appropriate language and behavior.
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Requirements:
  • Work will take place in both indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Must be able to travel between various locations.
  • Exposure to various elements such as noise, dust, cleaning chemicals, and varying weather conditions.
  • Physical capability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods; frequently stoop, bend, kneel, and lift moderate to heavy weights (over 80 lbs).
  • Ability to communicate verbally to exchange information.
  • Must maintain the physical ability to perform CPR in emergencies.
  • Normal vision and hearing capabilities, with or without correction.
