About the Position:
The University of Louisville School of Medicine's Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition is seeking a Gastroenterologist with Motility Focus to join a dynamic team engaged in clinical and academic practice, as well as research.
Our motility center has expertise in gastroparesis diagnosis and management with gastric stimulators.
Responsibilities:
- Teaching: Participate in lectures and seminars, bedside and endoscopic teaching of residents and students.
- Service: Collaborate with division chief and faculty for the development and implementation of future growth in the field of GI motility.
- Clinical: Provide hospital rotations, inpatient and outpatient endoscopy, and office-based patient care, focusing on foregut (gastric and small bowel) motility disorders and their treatment.
- Research: Opportunities for clinical trials, outcomes research, and NIH-funded research.
