About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Gastroenterologist with a focus on motility to join our division at the University of Louisville School of Medicine.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical care, teaching, and research in the field of gastroenterology with a focus on foregut (gastric and small bowel) motility disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• ">
• Provide clinical care to patients with foregut motility disorders">
• Teach residents and students in bedside and endoscopic procedures">
• Conduct research in gastrointestinal motility and participate in clinical trials">
• Collaborate with the division chief and faculty to develop and implement research initiatives">
• Participate in hospital rotations, inpatient and outpatient endoscopy, and office-based patient care">
• Develop and maintain expertise in gastroparesis diagnosis and management with gastric stimulators">

Requirements:

• ">
• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution">
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in gastroenterology">
• Clinical experience or research interest in GI motility">
