About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. As a member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and provide education to patients and families.
Unit InsightsOur 4 South Multi-System PCU is a 36-bed unit located on the 4th floor of our main tower. We care for patients with various diagnoses, including CHF, stroke, renal failure, and diabetes. Our team is dedicated to providing individualized care and support to our patients and their families.
