Job Title: Interiors Lead Technician at STS Aviation Services

STS Aviation Services is seeking experienced Interiors Lead Technicians to enhance our overhaul and repair operations. These positions are focused on servicing the Airbus A320 and CRJ Aircraft. Qualified individuals will have the opportunity to receive significant bonuses.

Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of experience as an Interiors Technician on commercial or large regional aircraft (Military experience is acceptable)
  • A minimum of 2 years in a Lead Interior Technician or Supervisory role
  • Preferably possess a valid A&P license, at least an "A" license
  • Availability to work varied shifts and schedules
  • Capability to obtain an airport license
Additional Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid Driver License
  • No medical restrictions that limit work capabilities
  • Ability to pass a background check and secure necessary badging
  • Physically able to climb ladders, stairs, and work stands independently
  • Capable of bending, kneeling, crawling, and stooping in confined spaces
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unaided
  • Willingness to work in diverse climate conditions and moderate noise levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting manuals
