- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for telecommunications equipment and systems, including tactical satellite systems and deployments.
- Conduct site surveys for equipment/system installations and provide recommendations for process improvements and new technologies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and briefings for telecommunications systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of telecommunications systems with other business systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as telecommunications, computer science, or engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in telecommunications systems engineering, with a focus on design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Considerable knowledge of telecommunications systems, including LAN/WAN systems, message processing systems, and network management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in a related field, such as telecommunications, computer science, or engineering.
- Professional certifications, such as CCNA or CCNP, in telecommunications systems.
- Experience with tactical satellite systems and deployments.
- Knowledge of customer regulations and security requirements.
We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $221,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
