Job Title: Systems Integration Staff Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Integration Staff Engineer to lead our Stryker C4ISR projects as the System Integration Engineering for trial fit, verification, and kit delivery to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute prototype fabrication and build plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Coordinate with sub-system engineering and the prototype build shop to ensure seamless integration.
  • Develop and maintain Prototype/Mockup build schedules, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist in prototype hardware procurement and initiate shop work orders as needed.
  • Monitor the Engineering Bill of Materials (BOM) maturity and Engineering Release Plan execution, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Track material receipts and address "late to need" issues, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Generate Engineering Problem Reports to document fabrication, installation, and/or functionality issues discovered during the prototype build.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
  • 7+ years in a related role is desired, with experience in Teamcenter, Vis Mockup, and Oracle Systems preferred.
  • Strong technical writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Additional Information:

Previous experience working on ground combat vehicles is desired, as is the ability to climb on/off, work in, and work around military vehicles.

Able to pass ASR test (Anthropometric Size Requirement for confined space) and bring continuous improvement processes and methodologies to the position.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required, with the ability to work well in a team and individually.

Must be able to work occasional evening and/or weekend overtime as required.
