Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify loan packages from delivery services
- Digitally log packages into the company’s database
- Prepare original loan documents for dispatch to designated banks
- Assess closing documents for thoroughness and precision
- Engage with both external and internal stakeholders to resolve any document discrepancies
- Electronically transmit loan files to relevant investors
- Initiate and manage Private Mortgage Insurance as required
- Submit documents to government agencies for loan guarantees
- Retrieve notes from banks for loan acquisition
- Collaborate with Post-Closing teams regarding outstanding items
- Oversee workflow to adhere to deadlines and performance targets
- Maintain an organized filing system in compliance with regulatory standards
- Assist in the secure destruction of sensitive loan documents
- Perform additional tasks as directed
