Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team at Wescom Credit Union. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, assisting with account transactions, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, transfers, and withdrawals.
  • Assist members with account opening and maintenance, including completing necessary documents and performing data entry.
  • Promote Wescom Credit Union products and services to members, identifying opportunities to deepen their relationship with the credit union.
  • Collaborate with branch staff to achieve sales and service goals, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous financial industry and customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
