Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Clinical Coordinator to join our team at CommuniCare Family of Companies. The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare office setting and be able to assist providers with patient and practice office management. Key responsibilities include obtaining vital signs, collecting specimens, administering injections, and performing general office duties such as answering phones and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist providers with patient and practice office management
  • Obtain vital signs, collect specimens, and administer injections
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones and scheduling appointments
  • Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms for examinations
  • Ensure proper supplies and equipment are placed and sanitized in examination rooms
  • Create par levels and ensure office supplies are stocked
  • Track provider-ordered laboratory tests, radiology, ultrasounds, or other specialist referrals


Requirements:
  • Certified medical assistant or equivalent certification
  • Entry-level knowledge of healthcare and terminology
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare office-related role
  • Passionate about providing healthcare to senior and low-income populations
