Electrical Engineering Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Associate to join our team at Volkswagen Group of America. As a key member of our Chattanooga operations, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of high voltage wire harness (HVWH) systems in our vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with lead engineers in Germany and Mexico to track development status and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Propose changes to HVWH systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HVWH systems into vehicle design.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support HVWH system development and implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on high voltage systems.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
