About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Cross Country Allied. This travel assignment offers an exciting opportunity to work in Renton, Washington.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year (based on 40 hours/week and 10 hour shifts)

Job Description

A Mammographer, also known as a Mammography Technologist, is responsible for taking X-ray images of patients' breasts for screening and diagnosis. In this role, you will work in a hospital, clinic, imaging center or other radiology setting, preparing and operating equipment, explaining mammograms to patients, positioning patients' breasts for imaging, and more.

This critical role plays a vital part in helping prevent and detect breast cancer.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent experience as a mammographer
  • ARRT Certification
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license (if applicable)
