Location: Renton, Washington
Salary: $126,108 per year (based on 36 hours/week and 52 weeks/year)
About the Job:
Tact Staff is seeking an experienced Electrophysiology Technologist to join our team in Renton, Washington. As a key member of our Radiology Services department, you will be responsible for operating electrophysiology specialty equipment, including 3D mapping systems, stimulation systems, intracardiac echocardiography, EP monitoring/recording system, and cardiac device programmers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate electrophysiology specialty equipment, including 3D mapping systems, stimulation systems, intracardiac echocardiography, EP monitoring/recording system, and cardiac device programmers.
- Serve as a role model and expert resource for internal and external customers regarding standards of care for electrophysiology procedures.
- Demonstrate expertise in trouble shooting EP specialty equipment used during procedures.
- Demonstrate expertise in the use of radiological equipment & safety and shielding techniques.
- Implement safe, competent, and efficient care to patients within hospital and departmental policies, procedures, and standards across various populations and complexity of situations.
- Systematically and continuously collect, assess, and document data in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to provide procedural care.
- Ensure Universal Protocol standards are followed and met for all invasive procedures.
- Maintain daily safety checklists for various equipment (crash cart/defibrillator, etc.).
- Document equipment problems in service logs and initiate service calls.
- Transport patients as necessary utilizing appropriate safety resources.
Requirements:
- ARRT, RCIS or RCES certification required.
- 2+ years of recent EP Lab experience.
- WA license required in-hand to submit BLS, ACLS.
