Description:

We are a property management company, CRM Residential, seeking a highly motivated and reliable Part-time Security Officer to ensure the security and safety of our properties and tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, tenants, visitors, and other persons to safeguard against theft and maintain the security of our premises.
  • Patrol our properties to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
  • Monitor and respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
  • Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our tenants and visitors.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven work experience as a Security Officer or similar role.
  • The ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
