Role Responsibilities:

As a Security Officer, you will be stationed at the entrance of a residential facility, ensuring safety and providing assistance to residents. Your duties will include welcoming individuals, monitoring safety protocols, managing package deliveries, and performing other assigned tasks.

Key Duties:

  • Welcome and assist visitors
  • Monitor and uphold safety standards
  • Oversee package deliveries
  • Execute other assigned responsibilities

  • Effective communication with staff and residents
  • Understanding and adherence to regulatory policies
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Effective stress management and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in presenting information and addressing inquiries

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Proficiency in English
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Prior experience in security or a similar role is advantageous

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Must be able to navigate stairs and possess a valid driver's license
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary
