- Prepare clear and concise daily activity reports
- Ensure a visible security presence at all times
- Adhere to and fulfill assigned duties and responsibilities
Core Functions:
- Strong communication abilities
- Maintain accurate documentation and records as necessary
- Complete Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
- Ability to interpret and follow written instructions
- Monitor and patrol the client’s premises
- Deliver information and outstanding customer service
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Must hold a valid California Guard Card
- Completion of 32 Hour BSIS required continuing education (Preferred)
- Must successfully pass a background investigation and drug screening
