About the Role

True North Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to provide high-quality care and companionship to our senior clients in Omaha.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with meal preparation and cooking, as well as light housekeeping duties.
  • Engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being, such as reading, playing games, or watching movies together.
  • Document care provided and report any concerns or issues to the supervisor.
  • Develop a rapport with clients and establish trust by prioritizing their needs and providing exceptional care.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 19 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive an insured personal vehicle.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and varying shifts.
  • Must be able to provide 1:1 care and not take smoke breaks.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Compensation

True North Home Care offers competitive hourly rates, ranging from $15 to $19 per hour, with a $1 per hour shift differential on weekends. Pay is based on experience and performance, with opportunities for advancement.
