Position Overview:

As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing the front end operations while ensuring that our service standards are met consistently.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly, prompt, and accurate service to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager in upholding operational standards and maximizing sales through superior customer interactions.
  • Engage with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front end area, ensuring all office functions are executed accurately and timely.
  • Handle cash management tasks, including register checkups and deposits, while communicating any discrepancies to management.
  • Support the training of new associates on register functions and front end services.
  • Monitor and maintain the functionality of customer service equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and associates.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance service skills and operational knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Physical Requirements:
  • Proficient in using computers and other necessary technology.
  • Capable of performing repetitive motions and lifting items as required.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and handle a range of products.
