  • Ensure that customer service kiosks are stocked and functioning properly.
  • Assist in sales associate duties as needed, particularly during peak times.
  • Act as a customer service lead when necessary to uphold service excellence.
  • Remain vigilant and seek assistance when required to meet customer needs.
  • Exhibit courtesy and support towards fellow team members.
  • Adhere to the company uniform policy and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Follow all organizational guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify and rectify any unsafe conditions that may pose risks to staff or customers.
  • Communicate any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the quality assurance team.
  • Complete all required training programs and courses.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Willingness to learn various tasks and technical aspects of the role.
  • Capability to fulfill the technical requirements of cashier and service operations.
  • Must meet age requirements for specific job functions.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, with or without accommodations.

Physical Demands:
  • Proficient in using computers and communication systems essential for job functions.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms.
  • Capable of lifting products weighing up to 15 lbs. consistently, 25 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to push or pull up to 75 lbs. as needed.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods, with frequent short walks.
  • Ability to handle various substances related to cleaning and product handling.
  • Frequent handling of currency and operation of equipment such as cash registers and scanners.
  • Occasional reaching and grasping at various levels.
  • Meet established performance standards for the role.
  • Tolerate working in varying temperature conditions for short durations.
  • Visual acuity to verify identification and other documents.
