Project Administrator Role:

At EA Renovations, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Project Administrator to provide administrative support to project managers and ensure the smooth operation of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all billing folders on the server and Procore software
  • Coordinate with subcontractors on billing revisions and preliminary notices
  • Assist project managers with monthly owner pay applications and attend meetings as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department
  • Collect supplier releases for joint checks and ensure all unconditional releases are collected
  • Reconcile subcontractor and supplier invoices to ensure timely payment along with final lien releases
  • Create, administer, and manage the full cycle of project billings

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Project Administrator or similar role
  • Possess experience in Construction, Job Costs, and Budgets
  • Basic understanding of construction administration and construction terminology
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint)
  • Proficient with Procore Construction Software - (Financials Certification preferred)
  • Effective multi-tasking ability, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and industry professionals
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong teamwork skills

Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is between $24.00/hour and $35.00/hour, depending on individualized factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
