The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical project management, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. They will be responsible for overseeing all phases of electrical project development and execution, including take-offs, safety, project as-builts, coordination layouts, scheduling, documentation, labor, and materials tracking/submittals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage all aspects of electrical project development and execution, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of field staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders through effective communication and coordination.
- Budget Management: Own the budget process from start to finish, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Electrical License: Possess a valid electrical license and a strong background in electrical project management.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other project management tools.
