About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team at Seattle Children's. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with physical therapy and occupational therapy to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in children
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address language delay, apraxia, and other speech and language related diagnoses
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • Experience in pediatric diagnostic or treatment settings
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Washington State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pediatric hospital experience
  • Functional knowledge of a second language

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $66.69 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
