Job Summary

The Site Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for delivering an exceptional i9 Sports experience and overseeing the game-day operations of a venue. This individual must possess high energy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Field setup and breakdown for game-day events
  • Manage and supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
  • Oversee the overall operation of a venue, ensuring programs run smoothly and on schedule
  • Demonstrate core values, including sportsmanship and a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Organize game-day equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the venue
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently and solve problems effectively
  • Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety
  • A positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the duration of the season
  • Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
