The Member Services Supervisor is a key leadership role at Medix, responsible for overseeing a team of Member Services Representatives. This position ensures that the team provides exceptional service to members, meeting their needs and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Member Services Representatives
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Resolve escalated member issues and concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure member satisfaction and retention
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and member experience
Requirements:
- Supervisor experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Insurance industry experience is a plus
Work Schedule:
The Member Services Supervisor will work a standard Monday-Friday schedule with flexible hours between 7am-7pm. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent service to members and ensuring the success of the Medix team.
